Due to our fast growing activities in the area of performance marketing, we are looking to reinforce our teams with a Senior SEO/SEA Expert.

Manage all performance marketing-related activities:

>You will be responsible for the research, the creation, the monitoring and the continuous optimization of SEA/SEO campaigns for our customers

> You will identify, develop and optimize the performance opportunities and strategies for prospects

> You will perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

> You will track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

> You will research and analyze competitor advertising links, develop and implement link building strategy

> You will report into our Director of Performance and Consulting

Become a highly trusted advisor in performance marketing to our clients :

>Work directly with clients, attend and contribute to client meetings.

> Carry out technical referencing audits for customers’ websites, plan and implement site architecture and roadmaps towards optimisation. content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

> Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

> Work with our development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code

> Work with our social media team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming and to help optimize copy and landing pages for SEM

>Excellent understanding and experience of the digital industry, with a high affinity for social media and strong marketing thinking. A strong affinity with AI and broadly technology is an asset.

> Min. 5-7 years experience in all areas of SEM.

> Excellent command of Dutch, French and English, written and oral.

> Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, the main SEO tools.

> Experience in configuring and managing online SEA/SEO campaigns for customers.

> A deep understanding of website architecture and HTML.

> High motivation and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment.

> Google Ads Fundamentals, Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Search Certification acquired.

> Exemplary client service skills with the ability to maintain and extend high quality client relationships across senior stakeholders

> A true team-player attitude with well-developed interpersonal skills leading teams to performance and personal development

> Strong project management skills with attention to detail : a true make-it-happener mentality

> Fluent, clear and articulate in verbal communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm when presenting
