Pivott was born in 2013 as a performance marketing agency  with social media at heart. Since technology allows it, we believe that consumers today should be served with ads and content as personalised and relevant as possible. This belief is driving our daily tasks for our clients. Our Pivotters are uniquely T-shaped to offer to our client both agile and highly performing services as well as unique expertises in specific areas of digital communication.

You take care of the HR administration such as payroll, holiday planning, employment contracts, booking absences, salary closure, etc.
You make wage simulations for newcomers or for salary raises..
You are the central point of contact: you are famous because you know everyone and everyone knows you.
When a newby is starting, you take care of their entire administrative follow-up.
You provide ad hoc administrative and organisational support for ongoing projects.
You provide support with the management of the business centre.
You provide support with the management of the fleet.

You own a bachelor’s degree and/or have a few years of experience.
You speak Dutch & French and you can read this job offer without any effort
Working with Word, Excel and Outlook goes very smoothly for you.
You work in a structured way, you are organised and you are a multitasker.
You are hands-on and work independently.
You like a challenge.
You are spontaneous, communicative, organised and stress-resistant.
You hate boredom and monotony.
You have a positive attitude and like to use your creativity to find a solution for everything.

You immediately start with a permanent contract in a very varied position. We are a fast growing advertising group with dynamic and creative colleagues, located in a funky building in Vilvoorde where you can work out, play pool, play some table football and drink coffee or hot chocolate non-stop.
