Terms and Conditions for Cashback Platform
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the cashback platform ("Platform") provided by Di NV ("Di"), located at Lenniksebaan 551, 1070 Brussel, België.
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Platform.
2. Cashback Offer a. The cashback offer ("Offer") entitles users to receive a cashback of €5 on qualifying purchases made on the Di website (www.di.be) or at Di stores. b. To qualify for the Offer, the user must make a minimum purchase of €25. c. The Offer is subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility a. The Offer is available to individuals who meet the following criteria: i. Must be a registered user of the Platform. ii. Must make a qualifying purchase as outlined in section 2.b. iii. Must comply with these Terms and any additional terms and conditions set forth by Di.
4. Cashback Redemption a. Users who meet the eligibility criteria will receive a cashback of €5 credited to their Di account. b. The cashback can be redeemed on future purchases on the Di website or at Di stores. c. Cashback cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another user account.
5. Limitations a. Di reserves the right to verify the eligibility of users and revoke the cashback if any fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms is suspected. b. Di is not responsible for any lost or stolen cashback credits. c. The Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
8. Modification of Terms Di reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any modifications thereof.
